Elvet Recruitment are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join us in our exciting growth plans over the next few years. We are a relatively new business, and are seeking an individual who shares our values with the drive to develop their career. This role will be working out of our new office space in Mandale Business Park just outside of Durham City Centre however we are also able to offer flexible/hybrid working.
Our Expectations
As a Recruitment Consultant you will have full responsibility for running your own desk and managing the full 360° recruitment process for white collar permanent staff. This role will be recruiting into an existing and active client base within the construction industry in the North of England.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:
Develop a detailed knowledge with specific client base, market area and projects.
Be responsible for your own workload, time management and to drive your own success.
Provide a consultative approach to clients & candidates and add value throughout.
We will consider people from all backgrounds, whether its your first steps into recruitment or if you are an experienced Consultant. You must be determined to create your own success and ideally have some sort of experience working in telesales or a sales environment.
