The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Elvet, you will take full ownership of your own desk, managing the entire 360° recruitment process for both white-collar permanent and temporary staff.
You will focus on an established and active client base within the construction industry across the North of England, collaborating
closely with other consultants to share leads and business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Business Development
Proactively generating new opportunities through regular sales calls and outreach to prospective clients, alongside proactively highlighting talent to clients.

Candidate Sourcing
Identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to match client requirements.

Client and
Candidate Management
Coordinating interviews, providing guidance and advice to both clients and candidates, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Relationship Building
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term
relationships with both existing clients and candidates.

Time Management
& Self-Drive
Taking full responsibility for managing your workload
effectively, setting your own priorities, and driving your personal success.

Industry Knowledge
Gaining in-depth knowledge of your client base,
market trends, and the specific projects you're
working on, becoming a true specialist in your field.
We are looking for people who are passionate about becoming an expert in their area of recruitment, immersing themselves in the market and working to deliver high-quality results.
Whether you are new to recruitment or have prior experience, we value determination and a willingness to learn. Experience in telesales or a sales-focused environment would be beneficial, but full training and development will be provided on the job.

Uncapped Commission Scheme
Earn a competitive salary and benefit from our generous commission structure with no monthly threshold. The commission rate increases as you hit
specific billing targets, up to 25%.

Golden Envelope Scheme
High performers are eligible for additional rewards through our annual bonus scheme, with potential earnings of £2,500 to £10,000.
