Elvet Recruitment are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join us in our continued growth.
After a successful start, forming in 2021 and with ambitions to continue our growth, we are seeking an individual who shares our values with the drive to develop their career. This role will be working out of our new office space in Mandale Business Park just outside of Durham City Centre.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will have full responsibility for running your own desk and managing the full 360° recruitment process for white collar permanent staff. This role will be recruiting into an existing and active client base within the construction industry in the North of England.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:
Develop a detailed knowledge with specific client base, market area and projects.
Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as undertaking business development calls to win new business.
Be responsible for your own workload, time management and to drive your own success.
Provide a consultative approach to clients & candidates and add value throughout.
Networking to become an expert in your market.
We will consider people from all backgrounds, whether its your first steps into recruitment or if you are an experienced Consultant. You must be determined to create your own success and ideally have some sort of experience working in telesales or a sales environment.

On offer is an attractive basic salary up to £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus a market leading commission structure, with no minimum threshold and is totally uncapped. This would represent a realistic OTE of £40,000+.
We also offer a further earning potential in way of our golden envelope scheme for those who achieve above and beyond target. As a further bonus, this can range a further £2,500 to £10,000.
